Guests will have full and private access to the entire property. This is not a shared space.

Entire House: You will have the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house to yourselves.
Indoor Spaces: Includes the open-concept living area, modern kitchen, and all bedrooms.
Outdoor Space: Exclusive use of the expansive waterfront deck. You will find a charcoal grill, picnic table, outdoor shower, water hose, and beach items available for your use.
Beach Access: Enjoy direct and private access to the beach, putting you right on the sand. This is a true beachfront and waterfront property.

Please note the following to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:

Remote Location: The property's remote setting provides incredible privacy and direct access to the natural beauty of the Texas beach. We recommend stocking up on groceries and supplies before you arrive.
Waterfront Safety: As the deck is directly over the water, we ask that guests be mindful, and that children are supervised at all times when outdoors.
Guests are required to sign separate rental agreement after booking is complete.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
